Hi my name is Aga, and my husband Andy and I own and manage Zipdesk. If you come in, you may notice that I have an accent. I am originally from Poland. In 2001, I came to the United States to pursue the American Dream. I came with only $20, and I spoke very little English, but I was able to obtain an accounting degree from Regis and become a CPA.
Andy and I met while working together at Deloitte in 2008. In 2009, after spending seven years in public accounting, Andy left Deloitte to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur, and since has started a number of successful businesses. I left my position as an internal auditor for Oppenheimer Funds in 2017 to support our businesses.
That is when we started to look for and office space to rent close to our home in Centennial, CO. Everything that we found was pricey, required signing a long-term lease, or was very outdated. We finally found and bought the office building that Zipdesk now resides in.
We created Zipdesk in order to serve small business owners and people working from home that are looking for everything that a traditional office space would provide… but affordably, and without the risk of long-term commitment.
